• Advance payment Rs 30000 Per Person at the time of booking  and Balance payment have to be clear before 20 days of departure date
• Cancellation policy: In case of any Amendment / Cancellation / Transfer, it will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy.
• The cancellation charges applicable are as under:

Cancellation Charges: (When a cancellation is made, Cancellation Charges Per Person)

1. Clear 45 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the tour or for non-payment of the balance Tour Cost – Booking advance amount or Rs.30000
2.Clear 30 – 21 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour – 50% of the Tour Price
3.Clear 20 – 10 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour – 75% of the Tour Price
4.Less than 10 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the tour – 100% of the tour Price
