Day 2: KOHIMA – “THE CAPITAL OF NAGALAND” – LOCAL TOUR
Morning we will have our breakfast & get ready for sightseeing starts with Kohima War Cemetery – was built in the year April 1944 to mark the death of the soldiers who lost their lives in the Second World War at Kohima. The Youngest Soldier (GHULAM MUHAMMAD) died was of 16 years from 2nd Punjab Regiment in this war at Kohima. This is also called Battle under the Cherry Tree. This is known as “BATTLE OF KOHIMA”.
